MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A Memphis man is filing a lawsuit against the popular pizza chain Pizza Hut and cites racial discrimination as the reason. On May 3, the Carlos Moore Law Group filed a lawsuit against Pizza Hut’s Memphis locations on behalf of Mr. Jamerious Archie for an incident of racial discrimination that occurred on June 25, 2023, in Oxford, Mississippi.
