KALAMA, Wash. — The body of a woman that was found in the Columbia River has been identified, according to the Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office. On Thursday, the Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office identified the body of 22-year-old Olivia Walsh of Portland. The office was able to confirm her identity through dental records and Wash's tattoos, according to the Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office.
