Miller, WV governor candidate, proposes three-day reform plan on tour
OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — West Virginia gubernatorial candidate Chris Miller made a Northern Panhandle swing Monday a week away from the primary election. Miller had stops in Wheeling and Moundsville and said he has a special three-day plan if elected, which is to audit money spent, to drug test for welfare benefits, and to get all West Virginia lawmakers together and get rid of the income tax.
Mountain Valley Pipeline nearly complete across our region
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - After years of delays, the Mountain Valley Pipeline is nearly complete. According to Equitrans Midstream, the company overseeing the years-long process, more than 300 miles of pipeline have been installed. Less than one mile of pipeline installation remains. The company expects to be finished by the end of May as long as approval is granted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
