FAIRFIELD, NJ -- The Fairfield Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in helping to locate Fairfield resident Deyah Shaabneh, age 25, for eluding a Fairfield officer on Wednesday, April 24. Shaabneh is in possession of a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit which has subsequently been deactivated. New Jersey man turns himself in for attempted murder charge in October shooting
A second arrest has been made in connection to an alleged attempted murder that happened in Shaftsbury in Oct. Police say 29-year-old Matthew Osei, from Colonia, NJ, turned himself in on Friday. Osei was held without bail following his arraignment. He’s facing attempted murder charges, along with kidnapping, and aggravated assault.
