Green Bay man accused of taking photos of girl in public park bathroom
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A man is facing criminal charges after authorities said he was caught taking a photo of a young girl in the restroom at a public park in Green Bay. The reported incident happened May 8, when police said 23-year-old James A. Martin followed a 9-year-old girl into a bathroom at Colburn Park while a T-Ball game was happening. The girl said Martin followed her and took a photo of her in the bathroom stall.
