INDIANAPOLIS — A man is in critical condition after being shot on Indy’s near northeast side Friday night. Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched around 9:35 p.m. to E. 29th Street and Ralston Avenue after receiving reports that a person had been shot.
