ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department says it will make an announcement Friday morning on a "significant investigation" of a human trafficking case. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been hit with a lawsuit by an Atlanta lawmaker regarding her handling of an alleged stalking complaint.
