River Pointe lawsuit alleges conspiracy between U. Mt. Bethel supervisors and engineer
A developer is once again suing Upper Mount Bethel Township and its elected officials. This lawsuit also includes the township engineer as a defendant. River Pointe Logistics Center, and the associated RPL East and New Demi Road developments have filed a lawsuit against Upper Mount Bethel Township, each of the five township supervisors individually and township engineer Justin Coyle from Carroll Engineering.
