Pekin woman dead after an industrial accident at Case IH in Goodfield
GOODFIELD, Ill. (WMBD) — A Pekin woman was pronounced dead Tuesday after being struck by a forklift, the Woodford County Coroner said on Wednesday. Lisa M. Hofmann, 40, was struck by the forklift shortly before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. She was pronounced dead at about 11 a.m. A preliminary autopsy indicated multiple blunt-force trauma injuries. Toxicology tests, as required, will be performed.

Coroner identifies Pekin man killed in Peoria County car accident
Steven M. Wright, 34, of Pekin has been identified as the man killed in a one-vehicle crash Saturday evening in Peoria County. Wright died of multiple blunt force trauma injuries after a vehicle crash at the intersection of Airport Road and Tuscarora Road, according to Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood.
