FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A third person has been charged in a fatal overdose death investigation in Fayette County, deputies said. Robert F. Ruth II, 49, of Mount Hope, W.Va., is charged with drug delivery resulting in death and conspiracy in connection with the Dec. 26, 2023, incident, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
