Citizens, Glenns Ferry Rescue honored for saving injured driver in I-84 crash
BOISE, Idaho — Two citizens and Glenns Ferry Rescue earned recognition this week for their efforts in saving a critically injured driver following a crash on Interstate 84. The Elmore County Sheriff's Office said the driver of a pickup truck suffered a severed artery in their arm and open chest wounds after the pickup collided with a semi-truck. The crash occurred just before 5:30 p.m. on March 26 near milepost 109.
