National Day of Prayer observance set for Thursday
Moore County will join with the rest of the nation Thursday in observing the National Day of Prayer which is set for May 2. In Lynchburg, the Day of Prayer will be observed in front of the Moore County Courthouse at noon on May 2. The event is sponsored by the Moore County Chamber of Commerce and Lynchburg First Methodist Church.
