At time of inspection, PIC states cleaning (wash, rinse, sanitize) frequency of outer surfaces of steam wand on espresso machine in Starbucks area is at the end of every day. Discussed that the outer surfaces of the steam wand are in contact with TCS (time/temperature controlled for safety) foods and stored at room temperature, which would require outer surfaces to be fully cleaned (washed, rinsed and sanitized) at a minimum of every four hours that it is in use. Correct by April 25. PIC unable to demonstrate knowledge by having no critical violations (critical repeat). Correct by re-inspection May 2. Motorists alerted to two Mansfield street closings
Ohio 13/North Diamond Street in Mansfield, between Fac Ware Street and Olive Street, will close Wednesday for a bridge repair project. The detour will be Ohio 13/North Diamond St. to East Fifth Street/Ohio 39 east to Wayne Street/Ohio 545 north to Longview Avenue west to Ohio 13.
