LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — A man involved in an hours-long standoff with police on Tuesday in Boonsboro is facing two charges, according to police. The afternoon incident took place on Royal Oak Drive but ultimately ended with the peaceful surrender of a 25-year-old man who had barricaded himself into a home.
