Letter: Acting a fool
Does the Harbor Commissioner, Mr. Fraser, feel committing animal cruelty, vandalism, littering the harbor with possible contaminants, and generally acting a fool, is a good example of how folks should behave in our pleasant port? I don’t own a boat or fish and understand the raucous seals can be a short lived problem, but like the article says there are more humane and less polluting ways to deal with them. Sadly I’ve done similar stupid things when I was a teenager and very much regret them now.
