One hospitalized after motorcycle collides with dump truck
PADUCAH — A motorcycle rider was taken to an out-of-state hospital for serious injuries when his motorcycle collided with a dump truck Tuesday in McCracken County. According to McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, to the intersection of Husband Road and Old Husbands Road. The investigation found that Christopher Samples, 43, of Lowes, was driving a dump truck northbound on Husband Road, while Marco Delgado, 27, of Calvert City, drove a motorcycle on Old Husbands Road. As the motorcycle turned onto Husband Road, it entered the path of the dump truck and collided.
