Former Alleghany County Chief Deputy charged for not reporting crash
ALLEGHANY COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - Former Alleghany County Chief Deputy Chad D. Wickline has been charged for not reporting a car crash, according to Virginia State Police. Police say Wickline, 40 of Clifton Forge, was driving a 2006 Toyota Tacoma eastbound on Interstate 64, when he drove off the left side of the road and struck the cable guardrail.
