Born July 11, 1948, in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Onis and Morcella Jane (Turner) Davis. She married Timothy L. Stewart on October 15, 1966, and he survives. She was a graduate of Needmore High School with the class of 1966. She loved her family and left a legacy of unconditional love. She especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who held an extra special place in her heart.

BEDFORD – Lawrence County Superior Court I Judge John M. Plummer III sentenced a Mitchell man to 1,602 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections. Josiah Asbery, 26, of Orleans, pled guilty in a negotiated plea deal to domestic battery and domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old. Both charges were Level 6 felonies.
