Some Jeff Davis voters to decide on school safety improvement taxes
LAKE ARTHUR and WELSH, La. (KPLC) - Some voters in Jeff Davis Parish will see bond continuations for safety improvements at schools in the Welsh-Roanoke and Lake Arthur areas. Jeff Davis Parish Superintendent of Schools John Hall said while the taxes are both continuations of a 20-year bond, the cost will be significantly lower in both districts than in previous years.
