It takes a team to save a life: nine people recognized by the Red Cross after a life threatening incident at 125 Live
ROCHESTER, Minn. - It took a team to help save a life. In March of 2023- an incident occurred at 125 Live involving a swimmer who experienced a medical emergency. The man who suffered the medical emergency Mark Dieser says, "I was swimming in the pool as I typically did that time in the morning, a couple times a week and I was doing some exercises getting ready for a swim later in the month and I was pushing it a little bit. Next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital."

2 killed in head-on crash near Willmar, state patrol says
PENNOCK, Minn. — Two people are dead after a head-on crash Tuesday evening in southern Minnesota.The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just after 7 p.m. on Highway 12 in Pennock, a few miles northwest of Willmar.An eastbound Jeep Wrangler, driven by a 45-year-old Waseca man, collided with a westbound Ford Explorer, driven by a 69-year-old Benson woman.MORE NEWS: Minnesota State Sen. Nicole Mitchell, charged with burglary, says she was checking on loved one with Alzheimer'sThe driver of the Explorer was killed, along with her passenger, an 83-year-old man who was also from Benson.The driver of the Wrangler survived, suffering injuries not considered life-threatening.The state patrol is still investigating and says all parties involved were wearing seat belts. Alcohol also wasn't a factor in the crash.
