Palisade Historical Society to hold history talk on newspapers
PALISADE, Colo. (KREX) — The Palisade Historical Society is hosting a special event called Reading Yesterday’s News Online Today. This event, led by Leigh Jeremias, will explore how historical newspapers can tell us about the people, places and events of the past. Specifically, it will highlight the Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection, which contains over 4 million pages of historic news, including 3,753 issues of The Palisade Tribune.
