KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - A high-speed chase on I-70 between Topeka and Kansas City has safely ended with a kidnapping suspect now behind bars. The Kansas Highway Patrol says that on Friday morning, April 26, the Riley County Police Department requested aid from Troopers as they attempted to locate a kidnapping suspect.
