PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. - Authorities in Warren County, New Jersey say a man suspected of discharging his gun in Phillipsburg was arrested in the Lehigh Valley. Javon Singletary, 18, of Phillipsburg, is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, and aggravated assault, according to a news release from the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
