Cheyenne woman arrested for exploiting vulnerable adult
CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Police Department reported the arrest of a local caregiver, Judy Seals, on charges of vulnerable adult abuse. On April 26, Officer Brown, alongside Cheyenne police, arrested Seals at her residence under probable cause for exploiting a vulnerable adult. The arrest occurred at 4:15 p.m., and Seals was found and detained without incident. She was taken to Laramie County Detention Center for booking.
