HPD: Knott man was photographing, videoing women in store
A Knott County man was arrested recently after he allegedly was discovered to be taking videos of women in a local store. According to an arrest citation written by HPD Officer Parker Hignite, on April 15, HPD Maj. Zack Miller received a call from his wife who had reported she had a man following her throughout a store at the Daniel Boone Plaza.

We’re off to a wet start with showers, some heavier bursts of rain and perhaps a few rumbles of thunder. As expected, locally dense fog has developed early this Wednesday morning. This will burn off by mid-morning and we’ll see lots of sunshine the rest of the day. Perry woman facing child endangerment charge
A Perry County woman is facing a child endangerment charge after police responded to a call from social services. According to a citation written by Hazard Police Department Officer Michael Ritchie, he responded to the call April 11 at Hazard ARH after the social services personnel reported there were two people in a room at the medical center who allegedly had methamphetamine in their possession.
