Coroner identifies victim in fatal road rage shooting
GREENWOOD, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office identified a man killed Tuesday during a road rage incident on I-20. Another driver fatally shot Gurpreet Singh Judge, 36, of Yuba City, Calif., on April 23. The two drivers reportedly exited their vehicles during an argument when witnesses said the driver of the SUV fired shots at Judge.
6-year-old critically injured after being accidentally shot in Shreveport
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Shreveport police are on the scene of a shooting that left a 6-year-old in critical condition. According to police, an 11-year-old boy got ahold of a gun and shot his 6-year-old brother. The boy was transported to Ochsner LSU Health where he is currently in critical condition.
Missing Shreveport man last seen leaving addiction center on Klug Pines Road has been found
SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Shreveport Police Department is helping the Minden Police Department with an investigation into the whereabouts of a missing man. Joseph Malone, 40, was last seen in Shreveport April 5 leaving Uprising Addiction Center in the 7000 block of Klug Pines Road, police say. In the middle of crawfish season, one of the usual places had been shut down, Crawfish Tyme, 925 East 70th Street. The business has been shut down by the Louisiana Department of Revenue, which has posted closed orange signs on the building’s windows.
Man shot during argument over burning trash
SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - An argument over burning trash turns violent in the Mooretown neighborhood. On April 27, at 12 a.m., the Shreveport Police Department responded to a shooting on the 3900 block of Adrian Street in the Mooretown neighborhood. When Officers arrived, they discovered two men were fighting about who was burning trash in one of their yards when one of the men allegedly shot the other during the argument.
