This soft and silky haired Havanese is Josephine. She is ready for a loving new family.
Hola, my name is Josephine, and I am an AKC registered Havanese, which is the national dog of Cuba. I am a retired breeder dog and weigh about 12 pounds with a beautiful coat of soft and silky hair, that I must keep well-groomed and brushed. I am energetic and have a very outgoing personality. I am playful with humans and other dogs. I am also gentle with others and very free with my kisses. Sometimes I can be a little silly and will get the “zoomies” – which is a fun game where I run quickly through the house or yard. I love it when my humans play the game with me. When needed, I will go into my crate, and I am making good progress on house training and walking on my leash. My favorite toy is my little Lambchop stuffed animal, and I will even tolerate costumes or sweaters (if they are cute ones).
