Matthew J. Ory, 43, of Park Road, Eau Claire, 23 months to 10 years in prison, credit for 80 days served, and $266 in costs for arson – preparing to burn property, July 5 in Lincoln Township. According to charging documents, Ory poured gasoline on a mobile home and was caught trying to light it on fire. Ory was sentenced as a habitual offender.
