Police Investigation Leads to Drug Arrest in Elmwood
Sgt. Fields consulted with Sheriff Hopper and Deputy Collins about a situation involving Mr. Robert Joseph Hickman allegedly chasing individuals around Elmwood. Hickman reportedly attempted to gain entry into a vehicle. To establish Mr. Hickman’s involvement, Sgt. Fields organized a photo lineup, in which the vehicle owner positively identified Mr. Hickman as the suspect on April 16, 2024.
