Pedestrian Struck, Killed Near Temecula Promenade Mall
An investigation continued Monday into the death of a 39-year-old pedestrian who was struck and killed near a mall in downtown Temecula. Leland Franklin of Temecula was fatally hit at 9:55 p.m. Friday on Winchester Road, just south of Promenade Mall East, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
