Author to speak at Chautauqua Festival Creative Writing Awards Ceremony
North Carolina author, David Joy, will speak at the Wytheville Chautauqua Festival Creative Writing Awards Ceremony on June 21. In March 1996, Cable met Bill Cobbs, an author in Rural Retreat who had published the Piney Woods Philosopher.
