Scotty Quixx nightclub reaches $200,000 settlement with Norfolk
NORFOLK, Va. — The former Downtown Norfolk nightclub Scotty Quixx has reached a settlement agreement with the City of Norfolk and city council. The settlement was reached on Jan. 4, 2024, awarding the business $200,000 to recover damages after the city revoked its conditional use permit (CUP). In Sept. 2022, Norfolk revoked Scotty Quixx’s permit before voting 5-2 to shut them down.
