CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio can expect to see showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, with cooler temperatures as well. There are chances of showers throughout the day, increasing to about 40% during the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. The best chances for thunderstorms are during the midafternoon and throughout the evening. Highs will stay in the upper 60s and winds will be around 13 to 15 mph.
