VIRGINIA—A 27-year-old woman who stabbed a man in Aurora in April and then fled into the woods is facing up to 20 years in prison after entering a guilty plea last week in Sixth District Court in Virginia. MINNESOTA - ATV riders in Minnesota can explore for free this weekend. June 8 and 9 is “No Registration Weekend” across the state, which gives riders the ability to access more than 3,000 miles of state forest trails for free. The fee waiver applies to out-of-state residents, too. The DNR recommends exploring many trails in our area, including the Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation Area in Gilbert, which features more than 45 miles of trails. DULUTH, Minn. — The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Northland received their biggest donation yet from the Taco Bell Foundation. $31,500 was raised through Taco Bell’s Round Up Program and it is all thanks to customer donations. DULUTH, Minn. - The Duluth Monarch Buddies will host their Pollinator Marketplace on Saturday, June 8. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Coppertop Church. Duluth Monarch Buddies is a local non-profit that works to educate the community on the dangers facing butterflies and increase local habitats.
