YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Youngstown Symphony ended its season Friday with a mix of rock-n-roll joined onstage by the Vindys.

The Vindys, a popular Youngstown-based band, opened with their song titled “Bugs.”

A crowd of 1,300 people showed up at Powers Auditorium for this mix of music. There were suits and dresses, but also baseball caps, shorts and flip-flops.

Last year, The Vindys played with the Canton Symphony and charts from that show were used Friday. The show featured mostly Vindys songs and a cover or two.
