Review: New Asian Fusion Buffet Restaurant In Union Gap!
It’s been almost 6 months since we first got word that the former Old Country Buffet restaurant would reopen as a new establishment. We had the name “FUJI,” but that was about it. We eventually found that it would be an Asian Fusion restaurant. I was pumped and eagerly waited to try it out. The day is finally at hand!

Where have Chicken Cracklings Been My Whole Life?
I was in Prosser and stopped by a gas station near the freeway exit before heading back to Yakima. I just needed some road trip snacks. This place was a larger store right next to the Prosser exit rest area. This particular location happen to have a Krispy Krunchy Chicken vendor that has great chicken, chicken strips and other sides including biscuits and even items like red beans and rice. I figured chicken strips was safe enough to drive and eat, something finger food without having to think too hard about it.
