Multiple Fire Departments Respond to Uniondale House Fire; No Injuries Reported
The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a House Fire that occurred on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 12:10 am in Uniondale. According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call for heavy smoke at a Winthrop Street residence. Upon arrival, officers observed fire and smoke on the second floor. All occupants were out of the residence prior to police arrival. Approximately 60 firefighters from the Elmont Fire Department, Roosevelt Fire Department and North Bellmore Fire Departments were on scene and extinguished the fire.
