LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Kentucky Court of Appeals agrees with a previous ruling concerning a Louisville-area pool company owner. Tracy Davenport and Davenport Extreme Pools filed a lawsuit against two families who she claimed interfered with her business by telling other customers on social media to not use Davenport.
