Boil water notice in Bruceville-Eddy rescinded
BRUCEVILLE-EDDY, Texas (FOX 44) – UPDATE: The boil water notice in Bruceville-Eddy has been rescinded. The City of Bruceville-Eddy Water Department originally raised awareness of a boil water notice on Thursday, May 23. The notice affected water customers in the Falls County, Bruceville and Eddy areas. This was due to storms in the area, and also conditions which occurred recently on or around Theresa Lane, Foster Branch, Smith Lane, Westgate I and II and from Hodge Road to Winchester Drive. The Texas Commision on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required the system to notify all customers in these areas to boil their water prior to consumption.
