(KKTV) - A new, critically endangered red wolf is now calling southern Colorado home. 11 News visited the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center in Divide to meet Fender, the new 1-and-a-half year old red wolf who joined the pack in mid-November. In November 2022, 11 News covered the arrival of red wolves Shawnee and Van Gogh, but Van Gogh was humanly euthanized a few months later due to a heart murmur.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Airport is back to normal operations after a plane had to be towed back to a gate. According to Colorado Springs Airport officials, as a Southwest aircraft landed Friday night, it ran a little past the end of the runaway, but still on the pavement. Officials say the landing itself was successful, as there were no injuries and no damages reported. Officials say this was weather-related.
