    Police investigating fatal crash in Prince William County

    PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Prince William County Police Department said its investigating a fatal crash that took place in Woodbridge.

    Police said that on April 28 at about 10:05 p.m., they responded to the area of Richmond Highway near Rosedale Court to investigate a crash involving a pedestrian.

    Officers said the driver was traveling south on Richmond Highway when the car hit a man who was attempting to cross the road.

    Man killed in Northeast shooting identified

    The pedestrian died there. He was identified as 55-year-old Francisco Rafael Campos Henriquez of Woodbridge.

    The driver of the car stayed at the scene and was not injured. He was identified as a 59-year-old man from Woodbridge.

    Police said speed, alcohol, and drugs were not factors in the accident.
