Wise County Man Receives 10-Year Federal Sentence for Meth Trafficking and Gun Charges
A Wise County, Virginia man, Randall Scott Hileman, aged 56, has been handed a ten-year federal prison sentence for significant drug trafficking and firearm offenses. Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares announced the sentencing following Hileman's guilty plea to charges of conspiring to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine, as well as illegal firearm possession as a previously convicted felon.
Authorities searching for man last seen in Wise
(WCYB) — Authorities are searching for a man who was last seen in Wise on November 20. According to the Dickenson County Sheriff's Office, Logan Jess Stanley was last seen when he dropped his mother off at her workplace. Stanley has a black 2019 Ford EcoSport with a Virginia license plate of TVD7092.
St. Paul shooting suspect in custody
A 26-year-old man has been arrested after a shooting in St. Paul. According to authorities, two individuals got into an argument around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 24. Shortly thereafter, the St. Paul Police Department and Castlewood Fire and Rescue were alerted to a shooting incident near Third Avenue in St. Paul.

Man arrested after manhunt following apparent shooting in SWVA
ST. PAUL, Va. (WYMT) - The Saint Paul Police Department reports they have arrested one man following a report of an apparent gunshot wound on Friday, Nov. 24. Those in living in Saint Paul and the surrounding areas had been urged to shelter in place until the man, Anthony Warren, had been taken into custody. Police at the time considered him armed and dangerous.
Police offer $5,000 reward in connection with Virginia man’s murder
TRIANGLE, Va. - Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward in connection to the murder of a Virginia man they say was gunned down earlier this month in Triangle. Officers say 26-year-old Quatrail Raynard Smalls, of Big Stone Gap, was shot and killed around 8:40 p.m. on November 14 in the 3700 block of Wharf Lane.
