For Army veteran Amanda Seward, it’s hard to top a day of snowboarding on the mountain — especially when there’s a sizeable crew involved. “You start riding with your boys, and that's the best feeling in the whole wide world,” she gushed at Snowmass Ski Area on a sunny spring morning. “Because it's like, you guys are all racing at the same time, but you're just so happy to be with one another.”
