Wichita Falls man indicted in shooting death of his big brother
A grand jury has indicted a Wichita Falls man on charges he shot and killed his big brother, Stanley Ralicki, and fired his gun at another man, according to court documents. Raymond Robert Ralicki, 61, was arrested Feb. 22 when police found his 69-year-old brother dead from a gunshot wound in the backyard of Raymond's home on Marsha Lane. He was charged with murder and aggravated assault.
