A Willingboro man stole thousands of dollars in lottery tickets at a convenience store in Franklin Township, Somerset County prosecutors announced on Tuesday.

Joseph Holman, 41, is accused of breaking into a store on Easton Avenue on March 14 by smashing the glass door. Authorities say Holman stole $9,300 worth of lottery tickets and later validated them.

Holman faces multiple burglary charges and is being held at the Middlesex County Correctional Center on unrelated charges stemming from Middlesex County. Authorities say Holman will remain lodged pending a detention hearing in this matter.
