Contractor arrested for grand larceny
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) out of SP Clarence arrested Gregory G. Guzek, 43 of Buffalo NY for Grand Larceny 3rd degree. This investigation determined that Guzek accepted $18,000 from an individual in the town of Clarence in exchange for agreed upon contracting services. The agreement was in July of 2022 and despite multiple attempts to contact Guzek, none of the agreed upon work was ever started. Guzek operates under the business name, Triple G Painting & Restoration and is believed to have entered agreements with other individuals.
