Bishop Wilson was founder of Williamston church

Bishop Jerome Wilson founded the United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston in 1984.

Bishop Wilson was a Pastor that was well known in the community. He was a true community leader in so many ways. He was very instrumental in the success of so many people.

Down through the years he was mostly known as a giver.

Bishop Wilson always made the church available to the public for weddings, funerals and any other church functions whether they were a member or not.

Bishop Wilson and the church sponsored a trip to Florida for over twenty years. He would say everybody deserves to see Disney World. He often attended sports functions to show support to youth from parks and recreation all the way to the collegiate level.

Bishop welcomed all town and county officials to the church to speak to the people for themselves. Bishop was one of the most positive people anyone could ever meet. His legacy will forever live on in our hearts.
