Williamsport, Pa. — A woman dealt directly to an undercover police officer twice in March, according to detectives in Lycoming County.

Christine Marie Saiers, 48, of Williamsport sold more than two grams of the drug for $200, detectives said. Police reached out directly to her in both instances, detectives added.

Toward the end of the March, undercover agents called Saiers to request crack cocaine, according to the complaint. She agreed to meet in the 400 block of Lycoming Street.

Saiers met agents at a parking lot where she was handed $100 in prerecorded funds, investigators said. She then directed agents to the 1400 block of Market Street. Once there, Saiers got into the vehicle and allegedly handed agents 2.11 grams of crack cocaine.

Saiers was contacted a second time at the end of the March, according to detectives. She agreed to meet agents in the 400 block of Lycoming Street, where she allegedly sold .38 grams of crack cocaine for $100.

Saiers is being charged with conspiracy to deliver crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communication facility. She is free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
