The UHSPAC program won the coveted Spirit Award. The Spirit award is given to one school that demonstrates superior character, cooperation, enthusiasm, and citizenship. This award is recommended by event staff, festival staff, and adjudicators who observe the students throughout the festival.

"We are thrilled with our students’ performance at this year’s competition," said Hannon, Producer and Musical Director UHSPAC. "Each group showed incredible professionalism, musicianship, and positivity. We are so proud of them for winning the Spirit Award, demonstrating remarkable character and citizenship. We truly do have exceptional students!"
