KANSAS CITY— Police investigating a deadly 4-vehicle crash have identified the victim as 54-year-old Troy Chatman, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartino. Just after 7:30p.m. June 1, a Chevrolet Equinox was eastbound on Interstate 70 at a high rate of speed. As the Chevy approached Manchester, the vehicle struck a Toyota Camry, a Ford Expedition driven by Chatman and a Ford F150 that were all traveling eastbound, according to Officer Alayna Gonzalez.
